Newjleather is not responsible for shipping delays caused by postal services, customs processing, weather disruptions, or other circumstances beyond our control. Once an order is handed over to the shipping carrier, the delivery timeline is outside our responsibility.

If your order is urgent or time-sensitive, we recommend selecting a tracked shipping option to ensure peace of mind.

🕒 Processing Time

We offer both ready-made and made-to-order leather goods:

In-stock products: Ship within 1–3 business days.
Made-to-order items: Require up to 2 weeks for processing before shipment.

You’ll receive a confirmation email once your order is on its way.

🚚 Shipping Options & Rates

🇨🇦 Canada

Free shipping via letter mail (no tracking) on all orders.
If you’d like tracking, please select the Tracked Shipping option (+$13 CAD) at checkout.

🌍 International

Standard international shipping fees apply at checkout.
Free international shipping on orders over $150 CAD.

Please note: international orders may be subject to customs duties and taxes, which are the responsibility of the buyer.

📦 Packaging

We use eco-friendly and minimal packaging to keep your order safe while reducing waste. But we can offer Gifts package for additional cost.

📮 Incorrect Address & Lost Packages

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. Newjleather is not responsible for delays or losses due to incorrect addresses.
For untracked letter mail, we cannot guarantee delivery status. If you prefer peace of mind, we recommend selecting the tracked shipping option.
