Sorry We do not accept refunds or returns for any in-stock products or custom/made-to-order items, including engraved or color-customized pieces.

However, if your item arrives with an issue or you're unsatisfied for any reason, please don’t hesitate to contact us at newjleather.ca@gmail.com — we’ll do our best to assist you and make it right where possible.

⚠️ Natural Leather Disclaimer

Please note that we use premium Italian vegetable-tanned leather, which may feature:

Natural scars or markings
Wrinkles or texture variations
Subtle color differences

These are not defects, but rather unique traits that reflect the leather’s origin and add to the character of each item. Over time, the leather will develop a beautiful patina, darkening naturally with use.
If these natural characteristics are a concern, please consider this carefully before purchasing.

🧴 Leather Care Instructions

To ensure your Newjleather item stays in great condition, please follow these care guidelines:

Conditioning: Apply leather conditioner (e.g. mink oil) every 3–6 months to keep the leather moisturized.
Avoid Direct Sunlight: Prolonged exposure can cause fading, dryness, or cracking.
Water Exposure: If leather gets wet, lightly spray the entire surface to avoid water stains, then let it air dry naturally. Do not store wet leather.
Storage: Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight.
